How I ship fast with Claude Code and Launchpad
Ideas are cheap. Shipped products are rare. My whole edge is closing that gap fast, and here’s exactly how I do it.
Build with Claude Code
I describe what I want, and Claude Code turns it into a working app. This is where the product actually takes shape. I’m not writing the code. I’m telling it what to build, looking at what comes back, and steering.
Deploy with Launchpad
Then one click takes it from my machine to live. Database, payments, all of it wired up. That’s Launchpad, the product I’m building. It exists because I got tired of the gap between “it works on my laptop” and “it’s a real product people can use.” No DevOps, no config, no reason to stall.
Ship first, polish later
A live product teaches you more in a day than a plan does in a month. I’d rather launch something rough and learn from it than perfect something nobody has touched. You can always make it better once it’s real.
Momentum compounds
The faster I ship, the more I build. The more I build, the better I get at building. Speed isn’t sloppiness. It’s how you get the reps that make you good. That’s the whole game for me.
